Roger Banks, Field Operations Manager
Roger Banks serves as supervisor to all field staff and oversees all field processes related to code enforcement, inspections and licensure. As the education coordinator for the division, he also is responsible for administering alternative journeyman HVAC mechanic testing to individuals who qualify.
