Pursuant to KRS 198B.652 and KRS 198B.654, the Board of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Contractors oversees the development of strategies for the administration, coordination and enforcement of HVAC laws and regulations (KRS 198B.650-689 and 815 KAR) and all related provisions for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
